IT Support Engineer
Job location: Preston, Lancashire
At Expleo we are looking for an IT Support Engineer based at our UK Head Office in Preston. This is a permanent role and in addition to the salary we offer 25 days leave, pension plan, optional health care and a variety of additional staff benefits. Due to the nature of the projects we are involved in, candidates must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance.

Your remit is to help support and maintain a growing user base. You will work with the UK IT team to troubleshoot issues as well participating in a number of global IT and customer initiated projects.
Expleo are a global business and operate a vertical tier 3 structure at a global level. You will report to the UK IT to assist, support and develop the service management needs.
In this role, you should have good troubleshooting skills, communication skills and the ability to effectively manage your time against business demands.
Professional, customer focused and a team worker
Adept at supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop environments
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (all versions) – desirable
A good understanding of Office 365 and ability to support Users with their O365 needs.
Probably in similar role as IT Support Engineer with minimum 3 years experience.
Professional qualifications aligned to the Microsoft environment.
Strong background in 1st and 2nd IT support
Familiar with Helpdesk systems and working in an environment that is aligned to the ITIL Service Management framework.
Ability to work independently
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
